Quality engineering is about deciding what to test and how much, where the risk actually lives, how fast feedback reaches developers, and how non-functional qualities — performance, security, reliability — get verified before users find the gaps.

AI is a powerful accelerant here and a dangerous strategist. It will happily generate a thousand low-value tests, a load-test script that measures the wrong thing, and a 'comprehensive' test plan that ignores the three riskiest areas of the system.

This course teaches you to direct AI across the full quality-engineering surface while supplying the strategic judgment it lacks — and increasingly essential: how to test AI/LLM-powered systems whose outputs are non-deterministic.

FAQ
Do I need SQA-1 first?

Recommended but not required. You need hands-on testing experience. SQA-1 teaches the automation fundamentals that SQA-2 assumes.

Will I learn to test AI systems?

Yes. Sessions 10–11 cover non-deterministic testing, evals, LLM-as-judge, hallucination, prompt-injection, and bias testing.

Is this course only for QA professionals?

No. Developers moving into quality ownership, SDETs, and test architects will all benefit. The prerequisite is hands-on testing experience.
